Shanghai Hopeck Packaging Co. Ltd. is one manufacturer which is specialized in producing acrylic, SAN, PP, PETG, PETE and other material properity high quality plastic containers, i.e. airless bottles, cosmetic lotion bottle, cream jars, airless jars, serum bottles, toner bottles, tonic bottles. And our company also produce airless pumps for airless system(application for airless bottles, airless tubes), lotion pump, dispensing pumps, cream pump, crimp pump, mist pump, microscrew sprayer pump, mini-spray pumps(valves), mini trigger, trigger sprayer, perfume atomizer used for varies daily-chemical products, skin-care and cosmetic products, spa & beauty salon, medicines and pharmacy industry, food industry, etc. We also provide diversified cosmetic packaging, i.e. mascara container, lip gloss container, eyeliner container, lipstick case, cosmetic pencils and high end quality glass jars and bottles and aluminum bottles. We can design and make varies molds and manufacture blow molding products and injection-molding items with different speficications as per the customized requirements. Our firm covers an area of 50,000 square meters with a construction area of 300,000 square meters, and our firm owns more than 500 sets of advanced injection-molding and blow molding equipment(detailes as below), over 100 sets of metal-processing equipments with high-precision molds, and a purification area of 2000 square meters especially for preparing skincare, cosmetic and pharmacy & medicine & food packaging material. Among the 1580 staff members, there are 125 packaging technicians & engineers and our firm also has 180 sets of varied testing equipment to strictly ensure mass products quality and function in consisitancy, reliability and compatibility. We passed ISO9002 quality system certification in 2000 and ISO9001-2000 quality control system certification in 2004. The products of pharmacy, medical and food packaging material are operated strictly according to the standards of GMP.
