Zhangjiagang Seaark Imp. & Exp. Co., Ltd. has been engaged in hand tools and tool kits for more than 15 years. Now we have developed into an expert in tool business and have a full system of export service. We have a three-floor building with a total area of 3,600 square meters. There are 31 staff members in our company, three business managers; three girls in charge of documents; three boys in charge of quality control; other three boys in charge of product resources; two designers; two accountants; and also fifteen workers in our packaging factories and warehouse. Our professional designers can make full series of packages according to customers' logo, and we also can help customers set up unified image of products. We have cooperated with fixed printing factories for more than 5 years. In this way, we can guarantee printing quality. Quality has always been our priority. All of the goods from different factories are gathered together on the first floor of warehouse. Inspectors check carefully every piece, and 5% of our goods have to be inspected. If they find any problems, workers will check and correct the problems. So, we guarantee all products are perfect before loaded into containers. The most part of second floor is the packaging factory, mainly producing double blisters. We can make 6,000 sets every day. There's still much more space to develop. The workers check every item before packing. The purpose of the packaging factory is only to offer better service to customers without any profits to Seaark. There are two showrooms in the building, totally covering 800 square meters. Most of our products are displayed there. Though the export situation in 2008 is not as good as before, our sales volume has increased 18% based on the volume in 2007. In the new year of 2009, we still have confidence to increase another 18%. Our confidence comes from our superiority of new concept - "Management, Strict Staff Training and Wholehearted Service".
